COMPOSITE SOFTWARE WINS ENTERPRISE OUTLOOK'S “INVESTORS' CHOICE” AWARD

San Mateo, CA. - June 8, 2004 - Composite Software, a leading provider of EII (Enterprise Information Integration) solutions, today announced that it received the “Investors' Choice” award at VentureWire's recent Enterprise Outlook conference. The award, determined by more than 350 leading investment and industry professionals, is given to ten private venture-financed companies presenting at the conference that are deemed the most likely to succeed.

Richard A. Shaffer, Editor-in-Chief of VentureWire, announced the winners of the Investor's Choice awards during the closing session of the Enterprise Outlook conference held June 2-3, 2004 in Redwood City, California. According to Shaffer, 65 presenting companies vied for the award.
